Sizing can vary by brand and style. Use this chart as a general guide, and leave about a thumb's width (1 cm) of growing room in front of the longest toe.

How to measure
Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall and mark the tip of your longest toe. Measure from the wall to the mark in centimeters, and match it to the foot length column. Measure both feet in the evening, when they're at their largest, and use the longer one. Kids' feet grow quickly, so re-measure every few months.
