Shipping policy

We ship daily Monday-Friday. Our goal is to ship all orders placed by 12PM noon PST the same day. All orders are shipped from California.

Depending on the shipping address, orders are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground/3 Day or Fedex Ground.

Orders with value over $200 may be shipped with signature confirmation.

You will receive a tracking number once we prepare your shipment. Usually within 24 hours the carrier will update the tracking # and provide an estimate of delivery date.

Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days in transit

Ground shipping: 1-5 business days in transit depending on your location.

Footprint USA is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Please be sure to double-check your shipping information prior to submitting your order. Footprint USA is unable to intercept, change, or reroute to a different shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and we will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

Missing, Lost, or Stolen Package
Footprint USA is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. If you do not receive your package, please initiate a claim with UPS and email Hello@Footprintusa.co with any relevant information, including the claim number.
