2025 Holiday Return Policy, Shipping Deadlines for USPS, UPS, and FedEx
All items purchased during December 2025 have extended return and exchange until Jan 11,2026. We must receive the return within 14 days of you initiating the return.
We understand during the busy season you depend on our shipping partners to get you your package safely and on time. Please refer to the shipping deadlines below.
Our preferred carriers are UPS and Fedex. For smaller or oversized items, we may ship USPS. For Hawaii, Alaska, APO, and others we will ship with USPS.
