What is your holiday return policy?
We are extending our 30 day returns for the holiday season. You have until Jan 10th 2026 to open and return your item.
What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be brand new, with the original box/tags without any odor to be accepted. To learn more about our return policy.
What are the shipping options?
We provide a variety of shipping options with UPS, US Post Office, and Fedex to ensure you get your product in a timely manner.
What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?
Certain brands are restricted to be shipped outside of USA. We are not liable for any international taxes, and duties. They will be charged by the carrier upon receiving your package. Taxes are not refundable if you return the item unless the customs in your country refunds you.
When will I receive my order?
We generally ship out all orders within 24-48 business hours. You will receive a tracking # that will update you on when to expect the order.
What do I do if I never received my order?
We have partnered with Route.com to protect your order. If you have purchased Route.com and you did not receive your order, you can file a claim through Route. If insurance was not purchased, and the tracking # shows delivered, you would have to reach out to the carrier to have them investigate the whereabouts of your package. If the tracking # shows in transit, and has not been delivered, please reach out to us, and we can file an insurance claim on your behalf.
What do I do if I received a defective order?

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
As long as the order has not been shipped, we'll try our best to make the changes you request.

Shoe Sizing & Fit
How do I measure my foot to find the right shoe size?
To measure your foot, place a piece of paper on the ground and stand on it. Mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel, then measure the distance between the marks. Compare this measurement with our size guide to find your best fit.
Why do I have different shoe sizes for different brands?
Shoe sizing can vary across brands due to differences in design and manufacturing standards. To ensure the best fit, always refer to the brand-specific size guide.
My shoes are too tight — what should I do?
Before sizing up, there are a few things worth considering that can make a significant difference in fit.
First, think about your socks. What socks are you currently wearing, and are they the same socks you plan to wear with these shoes? Fit is directly tied to sock thickness and material. For athletic shoes, always try them on with your athletic socks for the most accurate fit. For boots, we recommend a wool-blend sock — they help prevent blistering and make the break-in process much easier.

How do I maintain the shape of my shoes when not in use?
