Refund policy

We are not currently processing exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please feel free to return your order for a refund and re-order the size you need. This will ensure that you receive the item you want quickly and accurately.


Physical Store: 

For purchases made in-store, you have two options:

1. Return your item to the retail location where you made your purchase.

2. Mail them back to us at Footprint.


Web Orders from

Purchases made on has an order number on your packing slip.

Return label service is only available for customers within the continental United States. 
Please follow the below steps to ensure a speedy and easy return
  1. Include a copy of your packing slip or order number
  2. Drop the box off at your closest UPS location.

Return Policy

  • Returns without the original packaging will not be accepted for refund
  • All footwear returns must have the original packaging including shoe trees/shoe horn, inserts, or it would result in a $10 deduction.
  • When using the return label service, $12 will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 days for return processing. Return label service is only available for customers within the continental United States. 
  • Worn merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange
  • All returns must be received back within 30 days of order date
  • If merchandise that is sent back is worn, damaged, size tag cut, or in unsaleable condition, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Any shipping insurance purchased with your order will not be refunded.

Worn merchandise, or products returned with damaged box, tags removed may result in a rejection of return. This includes taping up the product box, and/or using it as a shipping box when returning the item.
