Disappointed

The shoes I ordered are too tight for my high instep. Ordered through Facebook and requested a return. Expected a reply from the company within 2 days ( per instructions) I got nothing but this link to review. Do not buy onCloud shoes without trying on. And never from Footprint because I’m now stuck with $130 shoes that are anything but a comfortable fit. Will never wear them. Sad!

On running shoe speed lacing

Previously have received two pair of ON shoes as gifts and really like them. Purchased these two ON for gifts. Tried on the one that is my size. Light weight and hoping both people like the speed lacing system. Love the color as it would not get as dirty in the winter months
