We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be brand new, with the original box/tags without any odor to be accepted. To learn more about our return policy.

We provide a variety of shipping options with UPS, US Post Office, and Fedex to ensure you get your product in a timely manner.

Certain brands are restricted to be shipped outside of USA. We are not liable for any international taxes, and duties. They will be charged by the carrier upon receiving your package. Taxes are not refundable if you return the item unless the customs in your country refunds you.

We generally ship out all orders within 24-48 business hours. You will receive a tracking # that will update you on when to expect the order. 

We have partnered with Route.com to protect your order. If you have purchased Route.com and you did not receive your order, you can file a claim through Route. If insurance was not purchased, and the tracking # shows delivered, you would have to reach out to the carrier to have them investigate the whereabouts of your package. If the tracking # shows in transit, and has not been delivered, please reach out to us, and we can file an insurance claim on your behalf.
