We allow returns on unworn/as new condition merchandise within 30 days of purchase date. A return authorization is necessary to for all online purchases.
- Returns without the original packaging will not be accepted for refund
- Worn merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange
- All footwear returns must have the original packaging including shoe trees/shoe horn, inserts, or it would result in a $10 deduction.
- All returns must be received back within 30 days of order date
- If merchandise that is sent back is worn, damaged, size tag cut, or in unsaleable condition, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Any shipping insurance purchased with your order will not be refunded.
- We do not accept returns on items after 30 days of receiving the item.
- We do not accept returns on “Last Call, Final Sale” items.
- We do not accept returns on items that have been worn.
- We do provide a prepaid label if the item is defective, or if we shipped out the wrong item.
- If we made a mistake in shipping the wrong product we will make every effort to correct it.
- Customer satisfaction is highly valued here at Footprint USA. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
- All items that carry warranty are through the manufacturer.

Worn merchandise, or products returned with damaged box, tags removed may result in a rejection of return. This includes taping up the product box, and/or using it as a shipping box when returning the item.
We are not currently processing exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please feel free to return your order for a refund and re-order the size you need. This will ensure that you receive the item you want quickly and accurately.
Web Order Drop off:
Visit our San Francisco flagship store, and drop off your web order return. The store staff will issue you a refund, and you will receive an email confirmation. There is no return shipping charge for this service.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match the billing address.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 12PM PST, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
All items shipped will come with a tracking number.
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
In the event that a product sold is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, FootprintUSA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, FootprintUSA shall issue a credit to your credit card account.
