What’s the Difference Between Superfeet Insole Colors?
Superfeet insoles come in a variety of arch shapes, profiles, cushion levels, and support. Below we define what each specification means for your foot and comfort.

Support (responsive or dynamic?): This refers to the structure of the insole underneath your heel and arch. Responsive support means your Superfeet will have a firm feel in the arch and heel. Dynamic support means the insole will flex with your foot and arch as you move through your gait.

Arch Shape: The shape and height of the insole underneath your arches and heel. If your feet have high arches, you may prefer Superfeet with a medium-high arch shape. If you have flat feet or low arches, look for something with a low-medium arch shape.

Profile Volume: The amount of space the insole will take up in your shoe. Superfeet with a high profile use more space and work best in footwear with a removable liner. Low profile Superfeet take up less space and work well in moderate-tight fitting footwear, even some without removable liners.
