The Classic Moc

Red Wing first made the Classic Moc in 1952. In the decades since, it’s grown into one of the most beloved lifestyle boots in the world. Initially created for sportspeople, it became an immediate favorite of farm and factory workers for its long-lasting construction and all-day comfort. The women’s 6-inch Classic Moc uses softer leather for a faster break-in period. The hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane Traction Tred outsole provides extra comfort at a lighter weight. The boot’s iconic Moc toe construction and Puritan triple-stitching is an unmistakable symbol of Red Wing quality. The timeless staple is constructed with a Goodyear leather welt, allowing for years of daily wear.

FIT INFORMATION

A new pair of Red Wing Women's Heritage footwear should fit comfortably tight on foot, with enough room to freely wiggle toes. As you wear the footwear, the leather upper, insole and cork filler will mold to your feet, creating an increasingly personalized fit over time. We recommend trying on footwear in-store to ensure proper fit.

Care

Smooth-Finished Leather Care

1. Clean

Use a quick exam every few weeks to determine if the leather needs maintenance. Use warm water, Foam Leather Cleaner, and a soft bristle brush to remove stuck-on dirt. Then use a clean, dry cloth to wipe away any remaining excess dirt.

2. Condition

Apply Leather Cream or Neutral Boot Cream to any smooth-finished leather to hydrate the leather without darkening and bolster water resistance. Black, Brown, or Burgundy Boot Creams can be used to cover scuffs on corresponding leather color.

3. Protect

Add extra protection to preserve your footwear. Lightly mist footwear with Leather Protector six to eight inches away from the leather in a sweeping motion. Leather Protector provides an invisible shield against moisture, dirt, oil and mud. It will not darken footwear.
